Responsibilities: 1. Assist with general administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, photocopying, scanning, and organizing documents. 2. Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct inquiries to the appropriate staff members. 3. Greet visitors, community members, and partners in a friendly and professional manner. 4. Help maintain an organized office environment by ensuring cleanliness and orderliness. 5. Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and events, and coordinate logistics as needed. 6. Support the management of office supplies, including inventory monitoring, ordering, and restocking. 7. Assist with mailings and distribution of documents, newsletters, or other communications. 8.
